Case study — Turnaround under pressure (Construction Tech SaaS)
Took over a burning platform: costs out of control, product unfocused, team demoralized. Two years later: 80% cost reduction, customer base doubled, zero churn on key accounts through the entire restructuring.
When the planned exit didn't materialize, I organized a professional wind-down with the majority shareholder — IP secured via management buyout, structured conclusion for the investor. No chaos. Clean outcome for all parties.
That's the mandate I took when others would have declined.
